Various caregiving positions are now available at The Croft for a variety of hours, including morning and afternoon, applicants for this position should have NZ residency.

Our caregivers are central to enriching the lives of our residents, approaching each day with kindness and purpose. Working closely with residents, you will provide personalized care while empowering them to make choices about their meals, rest, mobility, communication, and daily activities.

As a caregiver, you play a key role in supporting residents to maintain their skills and independence. Ensuring their well-being, you’ll observe, document, and communicate any changes in health accurately. Ongoing participation in training is a valued and essential part of this role.
