The Croft Blended Rest Home & Hospital Care

Presbyterian Support South Canterbury is a recognised provider of high quality rest home and hospital level care – with a strong understanding that our homes are just that – “home” for our residents.

We support seamless resident centred care by providing both rest home and hospital level care in one blended area, the Hubbard Wing of The Croft Home.

This means that if a resident is admitted as rest home level of care and over the course of time is reassessed for hospital level care, they can receive the next level of care they need without having to change room or get to know different staff.
