Margaret Wilson Hornsey Home
Presbyterian Support South Canterbury is a recognised provider of high quality care – with a strong understanding that our homes are just that – “home” for our residents.
The Margaret Wilson Hornsey Home is a small, dedicated home providing long-term specialist hospital care for people aged 16 to 65 years with physical and/or sensory disabilities.
In this attractive, sunny, modern environment, care is provided in purpose built large rooms with ensuites, where residents are able to maintain their dignity, privacy and independence. Each resident receives respectful, professional and caring support, tailored to their individual needs.
If you or your family member has a physical disability and wants to maintain or enhance greater wellbeing and independence, we will take the journey alongside you, helping you to live your life the way you want and achieve your personal goals.
Enjoy freedom of choice and the opportunity to mix and engage with the lively, wider Margaret Wilson community as much or as little as you desire.
Family and visitors are welcome anytime and we enjoy active participation from local community volunteers in many of our day to day activities and outings.
Residents are warmly encouraged to decorate their rooms with their favourite things and make themselves completely at home.
