Right to Occupy
When you choose one of our apartments or cottage units as your new home, you buy the right to occupy under an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA). This agreement sets out the terms of your right to live in the cottage unit or apartment.
Your rights are covered under the Retirement Village Act 2003.
The website of the Retirement Commissioner has plain language answers to many common questions on Occupation Right Agreements (ORA).
Contact our Residential Liaison Manager for more information on our Occupation Right Agreement (ORA).
What are the costs involved?
Costs associated with each of our retirement village options are clearly set out in our documentation.
Our Enliven Liaison Manager will discuss all aspects of the retirement village lifestyle with you, and fully answer any questions you may have.
