All homes have a private outdoor space, open-living, heat pump and a modern kitchen with quality appliances. You only need to provide a fridge and microwave. The spacious bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and include an independent laundry. Emergency call bells are in each home and connect to on-site support.

We offer a range of care and support options for residents in our serviced apartments. the minimum weekly fee includes electricity and heating, weekly housekeeping and linen change, as well as one cooked meal per week. If your needs change at anytime, your care package can be updated – right up to rest home level of care if required.
All one-bedroom apartments are spacious with plenty of natural light and each has a kitchen, oven, hob and pantry. Most have a dishwasher.
